01. Agreement to Terms & Corporate Identity
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and KlevAi Quantitative Systems Ltd ("KlevAi", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the website located at www.klevai.co.uk, the private VIP review portal, the 5-Agent War Room algorithmic terminal, the Zero-EA client clicker engine, and any associated services, documentation, and APIs (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, submitting a waitlist application, or deploying our software on any broker terminal or remote virtual private server (VPS), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform.
02. Private VIP Beta & Strict 1,000 Trader Allocation Cap
The Platform is currently operated in a Private VIP Beta capacity and is strictly not available for open commercial purchase by the general public. Access is granted selectively upon manual desk verification.
Approved seats are strictly individual, non-transferable, and non-resellable. Any attempt to sub-license, syndicate, or broker access to third parties will result in immediate termination of the provisioned API token without prior notice.
03. 3-Month Free VIP Review Pass Terms
Approved applicants are granted a complimentary 3-Month Free VIP Review Pass. Key terms include:
- Zero Payment Requirement: No credit card, debit card, or crypto wallet details are required to join the waitlist or redeem your review credentials.
- Independent Evaluation: You retain complete autonomy over whether to execute paper trades, test in simulation environments, deploy on demo prop firm challenges, or attach the engine to live accounts.
- Zero Mandatory Renewal: At the conclusion of your 90-day trial period, there is no automatic billing, forced rollover, or negative option billing.
04. Technology & Quantitative Software Only (No Financial Advice)
All signals, probability scores, trade setups, and 5-Agent War Room deliberation outputs are mathematical calculations generated by algorithmic heuristics for informational, educational, and workflow automation purposes. All capital allocation, risk sizing, and order confirmations remain your sole decision.
05. Broker & Prop Firm Compatibility
KlevAi is engineered to interface with client-side trading terminals including MetaTrader 5 (MT5) through our Zero-EA Human Clicker Engine. The engine sends genuine operating system mouse/keyboard clicks via private loopback without injecting custom Expert Advisor DLLs, headers, or server-side comment tags.
While this architecture is specifically designed to eliminate broker-side EA detection and cluster correlation flags, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of automation complies with the specific terms, rules, and prohibited strategy guidelines of your chosen broker or proprietary trading firm.
06. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or extracting the mathematical models, weightings, or source code of the KlevAi engine.
- Scraping, framing, or creating derivative mirror feeds of our 24/5 live stream, SHA-256 audit ledger, or AI deliberation data.
- Attempting to bypass the Admin Console, API rate limiters, or authentication gates.
- Sharing your private review keys or running concurrent instances on unauthorized hardware.
07. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all trade marks, logos, user interfaces, visual design, audio/visual stream elements, algorithms, heuristics, and mathematical scoring systems, is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of KlevAi Quantitative Systems Ltd and is protected under UK and international copyright, patent, and trademark treaties.
08. Risk Allocation, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Trading foreign exchange, spot gold (XAUUSD), futures, and derivative contracts involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your deposited capital.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KlevAi and its directors, employees, and quantitative researchers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, broker slippage, terminal execution latency, disconnection of VPS instances, or loss of prop firm challenge evaluation fees.
09. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their formation or breach, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of London, England.
