Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KlevAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and KlevAI (Shubert Singoyi), governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

KlevAI is a market intelligence SaaS platform that provides AI-generated research, keyword data, competitive analysis, and business intelligence tools. All outputs — including scores, projections, statistics, and recommendations — are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

KlevAI makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on information from the platform.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use KlevAI.
  • The service is intended for business use only, not personal or consumer purposes.
  • You confirm that you have the authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use the platform.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You must notify us immediately at hello@klevai.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Accounts may not be shared between multiple individuals or organisations without prior written consent.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial periods already used. If you cancel mid-month you retain access until that month expires.
  • Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. UK VAT will be applied where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the KlevAI platform or its APIs beyond normal usage.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw API output or research results as a competing data product.
  • Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measure of the platform.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content via any platform feature.
  • Abuse rate limits, create multiple accounts to circumvent usage caps, or share one account across multiple users.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • KlevAI's IP — The platform, software, branding, and underlying models are owned by KlevAI. No licence to copy or reproduce them is granted beyond normal use of the service.
  • Your data — You retain full ownership of the niche queries, business context, and other inputs you provide. We do not claim any rights over your inputted data.
  • Generated outputs — Reports and analyses generated for you may be used for your own business purposes. You may not resell them as a standalone data product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • KlevAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amounts you paid to us in the preceding 3 calendar months.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
